Important information
- ✓ From January 1, 2026, the BESC price for a vehicle coming from Europe will increase to €40, instead of €20.
- ✓ As of January 1, 2025, consolidated BESCs will be prohibited. A BESC cannot have multiple different recipients.
- ✓ BESCs must be submitted 48 hours prior to the vessel's arrival. Violators will pay a penalty of 200% of the value of the BESC.
- ✓ The BESC is issued by the BL.
Required documents
- Send us the required documents (see section) for your ECTN to contact@easyctn.org. In the subject line. For better handling of your file, please specify the country and BL.
- After analysis and validation of your documents, we send you the draft issued in the CNCC system, together with an invoice.
- Once payment has been made, we submit the ECTN to the CNCC for validation.
- Once validated by the CNCC, we will send you your finalized ECTN.
