Establishing the ECTN in 6 steps
Follow these steps for quick start-up and smooth validation of your Electronic Cargo Tracking Slip.
Submission of required documents
Send the documents to contact@easyctn.org. In the subject line of the email, specify the country for which you want the ECTN and the BL number.
Ticket number
A ticket number will be sent to you by email so that you can track your request throughout the process.
ECTN Draft
After analyzing the documentation, a draft will be sent to you, along with the proforma invoice for payment.
ECTN payment
Pay for the ECTN using one of the methods offered. The ECTN processing fee is a one-time charge of €40, in addition to the actual cost of the ECTN.
Submission
Once you have approved the draft and payment has been received, the ECTN will be submitted to the relevant authorities.
ECTN shipment completed
Once the ECTN has been approved, we will send you the final version.
