Important information
- The ECTN is required prior to cargo arrival.
- No regularization will be authorized at the port of destination.
- The consignee or receiver of the cargo must be a registered member of the Ivorian Office of Chargers (OIC).
- The ECTN is issued by the Bill of Lading.
Required documents
- Master bill of lading.
- Commercial invoice.
- Freight bill.
- Packing list.
- Certificate of origin.
- FDI (obtained in Ivory Coast)
- Insurance certificate (obtained in Ivory Coast) (FDI# included)
- Customs export declaration.
